BMI

BMI stands for Body Mass Index, and your BMI combined with your height, makes up how fit you are. 
You could be underweight, normal, overweight, or obese.

BMI Categories:

  • Underweight = <18.5
  • Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
  • Overweight = 25-29.9
  • Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
People with a BMI of over 40 are EXTREMELY OBESE.
